Ok so i’ve been trying to figure out a lighting issue I’ve been having. I’ve got mostly ASUS products so have been trying to use Armoury Crate and I also have a Razer keyboard. I can’t seem to get the liquid cooler to use a static blue setting. I can choose green on the color dial but for some reason the original lighting software nor SignalRGB is letting me choose blue. Kind of a weird situation. Not sure why it wouldnt want to let me select that specific color.
This doesn’t seem like a SignalRGB bug. Blue works fine in our software, no restrictions on it.
Since Armoury Crate has the same issue, that points to hardware, not software. Likely the blue LED channel on the cooler itself has failed, green still working confirms the LEDs aren’t fully dead, just that component.
Try pure white. If it looks yellowish instead of white, that confirms it.
If so, this would need ASUS support/RMA for the cooler.
