LIFX RGBW bulbs?

I set up SignalRGB on my PC and was surprised to see that while I’m able to connect WLED and Phillips Hue bulbs, there is nothing for LIFX bulbs. Eventually I’ll replace these with Hue (or maybe cheaper Zigbee RGBW bulbs), but I’m wondering if there’s any specific reason LIFX has not been included as an option. Not popular enough?

I tried the Hue Essential app for the LIFX functionality and its “Screen Sync” – turns out it’s total garbage. SignalRGB looks to be much more developed and stable.

Unfortunately the LIFX bulbs are not supported but I’m not fully up to speed on the “why” element. The Discord community might have more info or recommendations for bulbs that might work as an alternative. :slight_smile:

I don’t use Discord. That’s why I signed up here instead. Guess I’ll just stick with Fancy LEDs and their Sync box instead.
