Kraken Kitty V2 RGB not working correctly

while signal device recognition is partly correct it has the wrong device ID, and the lighting commands sent are refused.

my headset is RZ04-04730600-R3U1

the console shows :

[Wed Jul 1 23:45:53 2026] hid.send_report.error - HidD_SetFeature: (0x00000001) Incorrect function.
[Wed Jul 1 23:45:53 2026] hid.send_report.error - HidD_SetFeature: (0x00000001) Incorrect function.

like a thousand times a second.

id post the whole reset command output but this forum refuses to let me.

I’d report the bug using the bug icon in the app (upper-right corner) or through this link so that the support team can follow up. This sounds like it’s an issue with the plugin, perhaps with the Product ID associated with the device.

Sometimes they get changed and we just need to add the IDs to the plugin. Hopefully we can get it fixed quick!
