Did you follow the QMK Flashing instructions as QMK keyboards do require firmware flashing to enable Direct Mode (controlling the RGB). You can build from source or use pre-compiled firmware to enable this support.

I used pre-compiled firmware. I created a file and sent it to the plugins folder. But I missed the first step, I didn’t understand how to do it. As a result, the keyboard continued to blink as standard.

Between your OG post and the post after mine illustrates you had a failed flash for the firmware. If you would like a more real time support method I would recommend joining the SignalRGB Plugin Test Server https://discord.gg/J5dwtcNhqC, going to #roles there and picking QMK… then asking for #need-help
