When I click sign in on the app, it brings me to a page that says, “Sign In using your SignalRGB account, or create a new one to download hundreds of effects for free.” with a grey box below it and nothing else. I cannot sign in I need help.

Make sure your system Date + Time is correct. 
Same issues for me and my PC date and time and Timezone are correct. It keep saying I have an ad blocker but I don’t, and I even turned offf my anti virus same result. Fix your broken app. I used to like it before this web portal login stuff. Its annoying.
Could be a location issue. What country are you in, and what browser do you use by default? Do you have a pi-hole or anything similar? Sounds like there’s a network issue that’s preventing the connection to the server, rather than an app based issue.
