I am using roccat vulcan mini II keyboard and yesterday signalrgb stopped controlling the rgb faction of the keyboard. I tried to troubleshoot it and didnt manage to make it work again would like help
hi @xlely Can you screenshot your device console log and send it to support@signalrgb.com ?
This can be found by right-clicking the device icon on the “Devices” menu and clicking “Show Console” in SignalRGB.
