Hi, I just installed the Airgoo Neon RGB strip and after previously having no issue with the RAM lighting effects, nothing gets it to turn on. It doesn’t seem related so I have no clue why this is happening. I’ve ran as administrator, I’ve restarted, I’ve unplugged my PSU for a minute and re-powered on, checked for lightingsercives in task manager, still nothing works. There’s no conflicts, no other RGB app installed, it just stopped working. I would greatly appreciate if anyone knew what was going on. Thank you
Can you tell what RAM and motherboard you have, and how the RGB strip is connected? I’m guessing it’s connected to an ARGB port on the motherboard. Double check everything is wired properly, and perhaps test using the other header of the motherboard (there’s usually two).
It was the Corsair Vengeance 32gb DDR4 kit on an ASUS Prime B550-A motherboard, but somehow I managed to fix it by reinstalling iCue which detected the RAM and after reopening SignalRGB again it all synced up thankfully
Sounds like a driver or firmware might have been updated. Glad it’s working now!
