I would like to point out that I have asked 7 times for someone from techsupport on your discord page to help me and noone has.

I have a corsair k100. My volume roller+mute button have stopped working over the last few months. I have to restart signal rgb to get functionality to work again. I want to figure out a long term solution to this as its very annoying having to stop what Im doing and restart my entire setups rgb lighting just to turn the volume down on my game when the phone rings…

The Discord isn’t an official support channel, for official support I’d report the bug using the bug icon in the app (upper-right corner) or through this link so that the support team can follow up.

For this, it sounds like there could either be an issue with the USB port or the device plugin. I would triple check the I/O drivers are all updated to start.
