So recently i bought cololight led strtip and i wanted to connect it to signal rgb but for some reason SignalRGB detects it as a Hexa and now it wont work. I can change it brightness in SignalRGB but it doesnt respond to any lightning modes. If i disable it in SignalRGB it will turn off. What should i do?
If I had to guess, I would assume the strip is using similar device IDs and such as the Hexa. I’d report the bug using the bug icon in the app (upper-right corner) or through this link so that the support team can follow up and take a look at the plugin that’s used.
