I cannot pay for Pro

I have tried for 2 days to figure out how to pay for Pro. I desperately want those features but clicking on the pricing plans to “get started” does nothing. I have tried multiple browsers and incognito mode… nothing causes those buttons to work. Right-clicking also does not give any options traditionally found on a web link button.

Please can you help me pay for Pro? Seems odd it is so hard to give you money.

Has this ever been resolved? I cannot get the payment window to come up for six month or one year subscription. The one month subscription window does work. I’ve turned off ad blockers and pop up blockers with no success. The window closes after it opens. Thanks.

Only monthly payment window works. Six month and annual closes and doesn’t permit input.

I’m having the same issue. The dialog on Chrome browser pops up for six months and annually but closes before anything loads. The one-month dialog opens and loads correctly. Cleared cache and cookies, logged out, and back in. Only the monthly popup is still coming up. The only difference seems to be that on the annual dialog popup, we never get to the “https://prodregistryv2.org/v1/rgstr” Post that we get on the monthly.
I also, looked into the chargebee links and compared them. I found this one “*****chargebee.com/*/sandbox_2025.02.21-08.46/” and thought someone may have pushed the wrong link to production on Friday.
