govee lights strobing on steam deck/windows 10 setup ,they work fine on main pc but on the steam deck running windows 10 from usb ,i am getting strobbing when there turned on with singnal rgb there being seen and all the normal stuff looks ok,i have lan on and they are both work with srgb downstairs ,h6056&h61a0
