Govee Light Strip

Hi!
I’m using a Govee H618C RGBIC Basic Strip Light (10m) with SignalRGB, but only about half of the LEDs light up.
The software seems to detect only 15 LEDs, while the real strip has many more.
Could you please help me make SignalRGB recognize and control the full strip?

Thanks in advance!

How are they configured? Sounds like the # of LEDs in the strips needs to be reconfigured.

I didn’t configure anything. I left it as the program recognized it by default.

Gotcha, sounds like we should remove the device and add it as a custom RGB strip. You’ll need to count and set the number of LEDs. More info here!

his is a Wi-Fi connected Govee strip. If it’s not directly connected to the PC, can I still successfully add it as a “custom RGB strip” and set the full LED count?

@BBence I was having the same issue. Have you tried going into the Govee Add On and changing the branch to Component Mode? This is a fix I had seen others suggest and it did light the entire strip. In my case though, it was then showing only 7 LEDs detected despite the entire strip being lit. Note that I tried fixing this by creating a custom strip and I’ve messed up things even more now which I’m trying to resolve.
