Hey guys,
my Gigabyte RTX 3080 Gaming OC Waterproof WB 10G is not detected correctly. It shows up in the device information as I2C Bus/SM Bus device and as system GPU (Device Id is 0x2206, Sub Device Id is 0x4061), but I’m not able to control the RBG LEDs of the device. I also followed the instructions on the support page without success
The device works properly with RGB Fusion. On the gigabyte support page a firmware update is available, but I cant install it correctly on my device.
Any hints to fix this problem?
Greetings Bergmann89
I found out that there is a library to control the LEDs for gigabyte devices called GvLedLib.dll
, I hocked up a debugger to the Gigabyte Control Center an noticed that it will call the dllexp_GvVGAN20LedSet
function from the library once I change the colors of my graphic card. How does SignalRGB control the LEDs? May it be possible to use the same library?
Any updates or at least a statement to my problem? I really like SignalRGB and I’m also willing to stick with the Pro Version, but if my graphics card is not supported I think about going back to the free version.
