My GANSS GS3104T is incorrectly detected as a SONIX keyboard, forcing the SONIX controller JS files. The software now re-downloads them on every launch. Is there a proper fix? I can provide my custom JS file. I have a Pro license but can’t request the device because it’s not in the supported device list.
Your keyboard uses a SONIX chip, so SignalRGB matches it to the SONIX controller instead of recognizing it properly, that’s the mismatch.
On the re-download issue, does it happen every single launch no matter what, or only after certain actions/updates?
