I have the thermalRight Frozen Warframe 360 Black. It shows up but cannot control it. and the Signal RGB software says the plugin is the Thermalright_Trofeo_Vision_6_lcd.js. and it calls the screen Thermalright Trofeo Vision LCD
the UID is 0416:5302:usbdisplay

What version are you on? LCD control is currently in our beta branch, try opting into it under Settings > Updates and enrolling into Preview Updates. Restart the app and you should see the LCD section on the right side aftwards.
updating to the Beta did not fix it, I did submit a bug report because I saw another thread with someone with the same issue.
