EVGA x15 Mouse flash

Had a problem with my EVGA X15 mouse in that (yet to work out if there is any pattern) I’d say around every 30 seconds it flickers slightly, sometimes multiple times in a row only when using signal RGB. Its fine when using the EVGA software.

I’ve tried playing around with the mouse in signal rgb, all the settings and such, tried unplugging, rebooting restarting software all that, and I’ve even tried a different mouse ( had an RMA due to a scroll wheel problem and got send a brand new mouse ) and had the same issues. I’m Using the “Solid Colour” effect mainly however any static colour has the same effect.

If a video would help if someone has any ideas I can supply one if you’d like and I’ll attach what the console says if that means anything to anyone I have tried various other basic things but I wasn’t going to list all the silly ones I’ve tried.

I also notice it gets stuck on the colour sometimes even when I disable the device or change the effect.
eg I go from Static Red to rainbow spiral and the mouse stays red and everything else goes rainbow, so im assuming its the way the mouse handles rgb but im hoping im just missing something

regular rapid flickering is usually a symptom of another piece of software trying to control the lighting on the same device at the same time SignalRGB is trying to do so.
