I been having issues with my Corsair ICUE LINK Device, it keeps displaying the same errors on an on, and i can’t controll my fans whioch i would consider a huge disadvatage to me, because it ruins the looks as if i runned ICUE Instead.
Soo i was contacting to see if it could get fixed, i can also help with testing if required.
To my untrained eye, that looks like the controller is maybe the issue but I’m not 100%. Are all your drivers and BIOS and such all up to date? Definitely curious to hear what Corsair support has to say too.
Turns out replacing the ICUE Link device solved the issue, but to remark.
when i got the pc, from pccomponentes which costed me 7K, it didnt already work, and i didn’t know the issue was because of pccomponentes, not corsair, i only noticed when i tought the fans rgb used to work and all.
Soo in this case, the one to blame is pccomponentes, it now looks a lot better
Glad to hear you got it fixed, but I hear you in regards to the frustration with faulty hardware. Sometimes it’s really hard to tell, and unfortunately the app can only do so much from a diagnostic perspective.
That all said, happy to hear your RGB is working by the sounds of it!!
