How can I eliminate the 20% minimum fan speed limite in Cooling?
The 20% minimum is intentional. It’s there as a safety baseline since running fans at 0 RPM can cause issues for most systems and fan types. This is working as designed, and unfortunately, there’s no option to remove that minimum.
