Hello, I have a problem that my device has started to register as a “USB keyboard” and SignalRGB does not detect the device. The original diver is installed, I tried different USB ports and it still doesn’t help, what could be the problem?

Still no, everything still displays as “USB keyboard”
This device is supported under the Nuvoton chip, it doesnt show on your USB page?
I don’t know exactly where I can see it, if in Device Manager, then it is displayed as I wrote above
Oh, I see, so your model doesn’t use the Nuvoton chip, its the “JUCHEN”, never heard of, you will need to provide USB capture so we can check if we can support it.
1- Install Wireshark and the USBPcap module
2- Start capturing your USB
3- Open the manufacturer’s software
4- Select the mode to change the device zones to a single color and the color we want is Light Blue: #2FACED
5- Optionally set a single zone or key to one of those colors while the rest is black
6- Close the manufacturer’s software
7- Stop the capture on Wireshark and save the capture
8- Create a new Issue tracker and attach the capture file along with the device info: Issues · SignalRgb / Signal Plugins · GitLab
