Corsair Virtuoso works connected USB, not wireless

I recently bought a Corsair Virtuoso Wireless headset, and got it connected to signalrgb. It shows up as a device, but Signal cannot control the LEDs, it shows an error in the command. But, the headset works just fine when its wired up via USB. It shows up as Corsair Virtuoso, not Corsair Virtuoso Wireless. The console shows it connects just fine. I’ve searched the forums and didn’t see where other Virtuoso users had the same wireless/wired issue.

Error - Interface 4:0x0001:0xff42:0x0001 not open. Make sure it is selected in Validate().
Error - device.write(): WriteFile: (0x00000001) Incorrect function.

Which exact PID you have and firmware version?

You can get your PID from the USB page at https://go.signalrgb.com/app/view/debuginfo

0x0a42 is the wiresless
firmware is on the latest, I installed icue to update fw when I first got it

We release an update for the Virtuosos headsets, check the beta and let me know if works for you.

I will be on the look out for that update, I updated but I only saw devices for a ripple, virtuoso still acting the same. I’ve restarted the app, I’ll try restarting the PC to see if there are any pending updates. Here’s the latest version signalrgb its showing its on
fw version

Was this a past update or recent one? I’m still having issues, I’ve had beta enabled for a while and I’m still not seeing any updates or fixes. I try hitting refresh on the console and it immediately errors out.
