My Corsair K95 Platinum XT keyboard’s RGB, for some reason, will not work on every boot. The Keyboard itself does work and will type as needed but the RGB will show in SignalRGB as a Corsair Bragi device (whatever that is) I can unplug it and re-plug it and it will still not show up until I switch which USB port it is plugged into on my Asus ROG Crosshair VII Hero and then it will light up. There are some boots where it will light on the first attempt and have everything working fine.

My first thought is the I/O driver possibly, especially since it’s works on the other USB port. Have you tried updating all your BIOS and firmware both for the motherboard and keyboard?
I have updated everything.
The thing is that it only works when switched to another USB port that once. The next boot its back to calling itself a Corsair Bragi device. and sometimes I have to try 5-6 other USB ports before it actually lights up. The keyboard itself works on EVERY USB port and on every boot, just the ARGB doesnt.

I’d report the bug using the bug icon in the app (upper-right corner) or through this link so that the support team can follow up and review the logs in more detail. Sorry I don’t have more to offer at this time, but I’ll also check in with the team to see if there’s any additional suggestions they might have.

For what it’s worth, it’s not just you. I get the same thing with my K95, and the only thing that seems to fix it is to shuffle it between USB ports when it starts showing up as the Bragi device.
