Corsair k70 rgb pro mini

My corsair k70 rgb pro mini rgb leds can’t be controlled completely! Although the all rab leds information are displayed on surface,i can’t controll the top bars,bottom bars, side bars rgb lights.Meanwhile,the keyboard is responsed so slowly.I have cleared all files on icue.
