Corsair K65 PLUS 75% RGB Issues

Hello,

Recently I got the new keyboard and wanted to hook it up with signalrgb so all my rgbs match, however my keyboard doesn’t want to pair with signalrgb. I’ve added a screenshot of the device not connecting to signalrgb whilst still registering the device.

Any help would be great thanks.

Are you on wireless? We do not have support for wireless yet, but if you wire it directly it should detect and work.

Thanks for the reply, I’ve currently been using wireless which was not been working but even if I do go wired it still does not detect.

Do you have iCUE running along with SignalRGB? If so, that would likely be causing this issue. Try to fully close it and only have SignalRGB control your device.

If you closed iCUE and the device still isn’t being detected, or iCUE wasn’t running at all, send us a bug report through the bug icon found on the upper right corner of the app so we can look into this further.
