Corsair H100i pump recognized but can't change color

Hi,

I have a corsair pump and it’s stuck in an RGB loop. SignalRGB recognizes it fine, tells me there are no errors, firmware is up to date, and corsair iCUE recognizes it and allows me to change the color with effects and everything (so not a LED issue), but once I uninstall iCUE, all devices work fine except for the pump, which is always stuck in an RGBP loop. Why is that??? I’m lost. Thanks!

Did you find why ? I have the same issue

Is it added as a Device under your mobo or RGB controller?

It was working perfectly fine before. I can still adjust the brightness and paint each led, but the pump can’t have an effect and doesn’t pulse. In the RGB controller, it’s a subdevice.

Have you tried also adjusting it in the layout? When you’re using an effect w/o the LEDs painted, what does the pump LEDs show? Are they constantly black or…?

I have the same problem,. but with ASUS G10DK case desktop. I try to send the -snapshot-json file, but i am a new forum user.

I see in my ASUS G10DK.snapshot.json, log fle. a lot ofHidD_SetFeature: (0x00000001) Fonction incorrecte.".

“[Wed Jun 24 10:09:53 2026] hid.send_report.error - HidD_SetFeature: (0x00000001) Fonction incorrecte.”.

How is it configured in SignalRGB, and what happens when adjusting it’s position in the Layout tab?

Hi, …

How is it configured in SignalRGB?

In SignalRGB, the MotherboardMemorysRGBLight, is detected and work correctly. The CorsairMouseMatRGBLight, is detected and work correctly. The ASUS-G10DK-DektopRGBLightBox, is detected “Dongle device”. Also, ASUS-G10DK-DektopRGBLightBox light, always keep RainbowRGBFlashLight.

What happens when adjusting it’s position in the Layout tab?

Position on the Layout tab, do not change the ASUS-G10DK-DektopRGBLightBox, colors aways keep ASUS RGB Rainbow flash light colors.

It’s likely a permissions issue. Try running SignalRGB as administrator (right-click the launcher, then Run as administrator) and see if that clears the error and lets you change colors correctly.

SignalRGB as administrator dont fix the problem.

P.S. it`s Windows 11 Home 25H2, French Canada.

SignalRGB does detect the G10DK correctly, but there’s a known issue with color control on that specific model. The app isn’t sending the command in the format that device expects.

There’s no workaround, and this needs a developer fix to the G10DK plugin. Could you file a bug report in app, so that we can get the full details and escalate to our development team?
