Commander Duo, and fans attached to it do not show up in SignalRGB. They all light up and spin. But can not be controlled by the app. They were all working prior to connecting Commander Duo. I just wanted to clean up the front of my Motherboard. All devices have latest firmware.
Double check how it’s all connected to the headers. If that doesn’t work, I’d report the bug using the bug icon in the app (upper-right corner) or through this link so that the support team can follow up.

Might try the steps in the Device Not Detected guide. If that doesn’t do the trick, a bug report will give the team more insight into what may be going on with your particular setup.
