Can't log in to SignalRGB (Stuck on "Waiting for Connection")

Hey everyone,

I just downloaded signal - loving it. However, to get other templates I need to login. Problem is, when I click the Sign In button, cloudflare verifies but the screen gets stuck on Waiting for Connection - Connecting to SignalRgb client…

I’ve restarted the computer, tried a different browser. But nothing seems to work. Has anyone seen this before/can anyone recommend a fix? Appreciate it.

Having the same issues, its been like this for about a month since i have trying to signin

I thought I should try out SignalRGB as the gigabyte rgb app kinda sucks… but cun’t login in the signalrgb app and seeing topics like this, even dating from a few years back without any reply with a solution makes me wonder if this is or ever will be resolved :S

Do you guys have any ADBlock or something in the page? I have seen cases where the system time wasn’t synced and that causes Cloudflare to suspect and don’t verify (Even with the box saying “Success”)

This was it! I disabled my adblocker chrome extension and it worked!

… You really should add a note hinting about that, it’s pretty unrelated. The problem wasn’t even Cloudflare, it was the site itself not recognizing the client.

It’s actually the adblocker blocking local sockets we use to connect to the app - but we’ll go ahead and add a note there; that’s a great idea.

Where are you seeing that error? From the browser’s console log?

Might help to try changing your DNS settings perhaps.

Neither on site, nor in app. App crashed on auth, so the only source of truth for me was stacktrace and dump + logs from crash. dmp showed its the negotiation of site and app through deeplink using ssl lib in build or in PC(dunno tbh) during the successfull auth session. Still dont understand, why no option to login through app…

On site its only
Connection Error

You appear to be using an ad blocker/privacy extension. Please disable it and try again.

If you are not using an ad blocker, make sure SignalRgb is currently running.

App crashed and restarted

That all indicates there’s something about your network connection interfering. What DNS are you using? Do you have a VPN or any type of ad blocker?

Dont have VPN, but got proxy. Tried already turn it off/on. No ad blockers

And your DNS? Have you tried changing those settings?

If you’re outside the US, might try a VPN to see if that helps. Some regions block the traffic for some reason. Might also try contacting your ISP for more assistance, since something on the network is preventing you from successfully authenticating.

Hello, i have the same issue : I tried changing DNS, desactivating every chrome extension (especially adblocker), tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it still is not working. I even tried to create a new google profile, changed my browser to microsoft edge, but I still have the following error message :

Connection Error

Have you also tried a VPN? What country are you located in?

I’m located in France. I tested Opera with its native VPN, but it turns out the VPN wasn’t required at all : SignalRGB already works fine with Opera.

This is very strange, considering I had issues with Edge and Chrome…

Just to clarify, did turning off the VPN work for you? I’ve seen a few reports about this, and it usually is tied to the browser they’re using.

No, it was switching from Chrome to Opera GX that worked for me. No VPN required either.
