I originally was stuck in the update loop. I tried power cycling and reinstalling C++ neither worked so I tried to uninstall the WhirlwindFX and VortxEngine folders in appdata/local then reinstalling the app. I now get this error anytime I try to install it. I’ve already tried the beta branch install and the only other app that runs on start up is steam I don’t have any other rgb software installed for it to conflict with.
Are you able to launch Windows Powershell? That error means that there’s something preventing that from running to complete the installation. You can also try a full power cycle and using the latest version downloaded from our site (a new one just went out!).
