Broken updates that break core functionality

I have Team Group T-Force X-Treem ARGB ram that has in the past shown up in devices and worked. 2.5.28 rolled out and my ram was gone from devices. 2.5.40 brought it back. 2.5.45 broke it again. It’s not an issue with my ram and it doesn’t need re installed. It works just fine with other software. Please fix this and then promptly leave it the hell alone. Also make it possible to not auto update. If you can’t add something without breaking existing don’t do it.

There was some issues with how some RAM interacted, as a result of changes from the device manufacturers. That said, my understanding is that most of the RAM plugins haven’t been changed much recently.

Have you also tried a full power cycle? If that doesn’t do the trick, I’d report the bug using the bug icon in the app (upper-right corner) or through this link so that the support team can follow up.

I have fully uninstalled the program, downloaded the newest version and re installed, restarted the system and still doesn’t work. Like it says in my post it was working, updated and stopped, next update worked again, and latest stopped again. Ram hasn’t changed, mobo bios hasn’t changed. The only change is the Signal software. I have even done a full OS reinstall with no change.

Downloaded version 2.5.40, disconnected from net, installed and ram shows up and works. Reconnect net and it starts downloading update 2.5.45 and after restart ram is gone and not functioning as far as lighting. Again, only change is the update. I have submitted a ticket for what it’s worth.
