Automobilista 2 flickers on and off when using ambient effect. only way to stop it is to exit signalrgb
Does this only occur with Screen Ambience? When you say it flickers, are you referring to the display?
I’d be curious if the issue happens with other effects. For example does it also happen with Soft Ambience, or another more “basic” effect such as Solid Color or Spiral Rainbow? I’d also be curious if the logs show anything of note.
It happens with the two i have tried screen ambience and solid colors. i am using a wled controller to link my leds to signalrgb. When i start automobilista 2, initially everything works fine in the menu, soon as the game gets ready to load, the led turns off, then comes back on within 3 sec, but when it comes on the screen effect is off and its just the plain color from led default colors, then within 3 secs or so it comes back on the the screen ambience effect back on then it goes off again.
its not the game that flickers by the way let me make that clear, its the leds on the back of the tv linked to wled in signalrgb
Have you updated the controller firmware? Might also be worth checking out the WLED Discord, if it’s related to the controller or firmware of the WLED device they’ll be best equipped to assist.
It’d also be a good idea to poke in the logs to see if you’re finding any errors related to the issue there.
