I bought the Aula F99 Pro and it does work with wired how ever the detection on the 2.4ghz is not syncing well with the rgb settings. and it shows as OEM wireless keyboard
Generally speaking, wired is the best way to go. I’d report the bug using the bug icon in the app (upper-right corner) or through this link so that the support team can follow up but I have a feeling this might be expected based on how the 2.4Ghz dongle communicates.
