I recommend a clean reinstall using Display Driver Uninstaller, then installing the latest drivers for your GPU. Sometimes the Nvidia drivers can cause some trouble.
I cleaned using DDU, restart and reinstall the latest drivers using Nvidia App, GPU still not detected.

I triple checked with the team and it’s because the Dragon series hasn’t been added quite yet. I’d report the bug behavior the bug icon in the app (upper-right corner) or through this link so that the support team can follow up. We can partner with the devs internally to add the device ID, which in turn should get this card showing up.
