argb fans no longer controllable?

signal has been great with 1 exception: when I installed it, my argb fans turned off and haven’t come back on. I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled signal, run as admin, and tried using other programs to try and get those fans on again. no dice.

motherboard: gigabyte x570s aero g
ram: corsair vengeance pr sl x2 (works)
cooler: corsair nautilus 360 rs (cooling block works, but not fans)
other fans: 6x ruix v8 prism
cpu: amd ryzen 7 5800xt
gpu: XFX Swift AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT
aula f99 keyboard (works)
g502 mouse (works)

I’d try a full power cycle first. If that doesn’t work, may we know if your fans are turning on during the boot process or are still off?

hey! tried the full power cycle today. the fans are spinning normally–i use fan control for that no problem. the lights never come on, though, no matter what i pulse.

When you boot up your PC, do the lights come on or they’re completely off?

the aio pump block, the ram, and the logo on the gpu light up. nothing else does

That’s actually really useful information. Since the fans don’t light up even during boot, double-check that the ARGB cables from your fans and Nautilus are fully seated in the motherboard headers or hub. Even a slightly loose connection can cause LEDs to go completely dark.
