Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360 A-RGB not working?

Hello!

I got an ASUS TUF Gaming B650-Plus together with a Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360 A-RGB, sadly my Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360 A-RGB is not working with the software.

I have fully uninstalled ArmoryCrate and made sure that lightingservice.exe or ASUS AURA Lighting service is not running as the troubleshoot guides said. Under devices i’m not able to find Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360 A-RGB, I tried adding the leds manually by creating a custom LED strip with the same number of LEDs as the component device (12), (as the guide said) but after doing that nothing happens,

The software works perfect for my GPU but my cooler is not detected :frowning:

Is there any fix to do this?

When you are on the components tab for your motherboard, does the headers pulse their channel color?

Hello, It did!

However i managed to solve it! For some reason when I uninstalled ArmoryCrate it decided to disable the onboard ARGB so I had to go in to bios and make sure AURA was set to “All On”, after that I got it to work!!!
