Signal sees the keyboard, allows me to move it around in layouts but has no control over lighting. Keyboard firmware is up to date, no software conflicts.
Force restart the plugin doesn’t resolve the issue, tried multiple usb ports, multiple usbc cables for the keyboard.

I’d report the bug using the bug icon in the app (upper-right corner) or through this link so that the support team can follow up. We’ll probably need a quick look through the logs.
I reported this exact same problem with this keyboard like a month ago.
What firmware version do you have on the keyboard?
Some people with v2.1.0.9 seem to have to problem but I use the latest v2.1.1.6 and get the same error as you.
