All of my RGB works except for two segments on my RAM stick?

So it has randomly decided that it now wants to work after leaving my PC off all night lol.

This is a brand new build, not even a month old… Everything works great and the RGB system worked fine in MSI Centre but, with SignalRGB, this one particular part refuses to play ball with the other parts and remains the same colours. The stick on the left is the one I am referring to.

I’ve gone through settings, canvas, etc. but nothing seems to work.

Any ideas?

hello, try going into the lighting effects of that ram, then go to “led painting” to see if that specific led is shown as red. if is yes, you can removed it and confirm using the “erase and revert” button.
