AJAZZ x NACODEX AK820 MAX HE (Magnetic/Hall Effect) is not detected by SignalRGB. Windows and the official AJAZZ web driver detect it correctly, but SignalRGB shows no device. Hardware IDs: VID_0C45 / PID_8033 (HID\VID_0C45&PID_8033). Two HID interfaces appear when connecting the keyboard. I already tried reinstalling, admin mode, USB ports, rescans, and OpenRGB (not detected). Could support be added?
It looks like we already have a support ticket open for this on our end, so the team is aware.
In the meantime, please submit a device support request at Supported Devices | SignalRGB as well. Requests are prioritized based on demand and complexity of adding support, so it may take time for devices to be added.
