The colors on the keyboard don’t match those displayed on the signal rgb, all the keys have the same color.
The AK820 Pro isn’t specifically listed in our plugin. We have the regular AK820 and AK820 MAX, but the Pro variant likely has different LED address mapping which is why all keys show the same color instead of per-key effects.
Could you submit a device request at Supported Devices | SignalRGB to help prioritize it? Requests are prioritized based on demand and complexity of adding support, so it may take time. Thanks for your patience.

Getting it added to the plugin mapping takes extra dev work and time. More requests help us prioritize it. You can also file it as a bug for us to get it in front of the plugin devs.
If it’s an easy fix, the team can probably do it fairly quickly. However, sometimes things need entirely new plugins and take more time.
