It should be supported under the Sonix plugin. Ajazz has a few different ID for their devices, so it could be a different variant. Is it being detected?

It gets detected as ak820 but in the list among all the variants there isn’t the pro, so the effects on the keyboard stop, after a while they start again and then it locks again

So it’s possible that their IDs are similar that’s why it’s being detected as a different variant. I’d suggest sending us a bug report through the bug icon found on the upper right corner so we can forward this to the devs to look at.
