Ajazz AK820 MAX Ultra is not recognized

Hello, my keyboard “Ajazz AK820 MAX Ultra” is not recognized. At the same time, model “Ajazz AK820 (Pro, MAX)” is in the list of supported ones. If they are considered different models, will my model be entered? Thanks

I believe that is technically a different model. That said, assuming it’s similar enough to the others we can likely add it quickly. I’d report the bug using the bug icon in the app (upper-right corner) or through this link so that the support team can follow up. We might need some additional device info, but the team can take a peak and confirm what can be done!
