Hello! I’d like to add support for Jonsbo fans. I have the following fans: ZB-360BR, Jonsbo ZB-360B, and Jonsbo ZB-240B. I’m trying to add them custom-made via the controller, but they’re being detected as LED strips.
You can submit a device request here, but adding them as a custom device is the best bet in the meantime. 
I’ve already tried. I type in the device type: fan, brand: other (since I can’t find Jonsbo in the list), and in the name: Jonsbo, to which I get: Brand not found. You can still submit a request! However, the submit request button doesn’t work.
I’d file a bug if that button isn’t working, as I just tested it and it opens the URL I linked in my last reply. While we work to add official support, I saw you were able to get them working to an extent as a custom device. If that’s not working as you’d like, there’s a list of compatible devices found here and purchasing new fans might be the best bet.
The problem was with the Russian version of the site, but everything worked fine in the English version.
