Bugs on my iCue Hub RGB devices:
After waking from sleep, only the ram and one non Hub fan wake. Fans and AIO are not detected. Fans running at default. Restarting fails. Shutting down via Task manager and restarting fails. A hard shutdown (PSU powered off ) is needed to get SignalRGB running.
After a hard restart, custom fan curves are gone and default replaces them.
Custom monitoring widgets as default profile disappears. Another profile saved as new remains intact. In short, sleep mode is useless at this time.
Is this still happening in the .65 beta? I know a handful of bugs in the beta branch have been ID’d and resolved, but I’m not 100% on the status of iCUE personally.
If you’re still experiencing this issue in .65, I’d report the bug using the bug icon in the app (upper-right corner) or through this link so that the support team can follow up and escalate the behavior to the Devs as needed.
Worse. .65 wouldn’t detect fans at all, regardless of reboots. I mean, Corsair is only the worlds largest PC RGB supplier. Getting it right should be a bit of a priority, don’t you think?
The issue is that the PC environment is INCREDIBLY fractured. No two setups are exactly the same, and that means there’s an infinite number of ways something can try and break.
What did the Support team say when you filed a bug report? The team tends to move pretty quickly once we’re able to verify and replicate issues, and we do our best to eliminate issues as quick as possible.
