Wrong color problem on the Thermalright FW Pro 360 New AIO liquid cooler LCD screen, when I select a theme the colors on the LCD screen are different from those of the chosen theme
Could you tell us a bit more about the mismatch? For example, are the colors just slightly off or completely wrong? And does it happen with all themes or specific ones? That’ll help narrow down whether it’s a color order issue or something else.
If Thermalright’s own app is running in the background, it may be interfering with how SignalRGB sends color data to the LCD. Close it completely from Task Manager and test again.
I can confirm that the termalright app is closed. The colors are completely different on all the themes I choose! I also tried from signal RGB under the LCD section to restore, but nothing!
I can give you the example of the Pacman theme, where the Pacman seen on the RGB signal is yellow while on the LCD screen it is blue, and the pink ghost on the LCD screen is yellow. In a static color theme, orange is displayed as fuchsia, green is displayed as red, I can’t tell you the exact shade.
That appears to be a color order mismatch. Likely needing a plugin-level fix. I’d suggest sending us a bug report through the bug icon found at the upper right corner of the app so we can take a look at logs and configuration and forward to the dev team if necessary.
