SignalRGB is obviously amazing and thank you for your hard work. However, why cant we assign a variety of effects to components we want. Painting is one thing but for instance I would like my strimer to have a flowing effect that is separate from any canvas. I could be wrong but it doesn’t seem like something that would be terribly difficult to add in and develop so we can mix and match and open a whole new level of customization. This feature you would make every other RGB program completely obsolete.
SignalRGB runs one effect across your whole canvas, so a separate flowing effect just for the strimer isn’t possible today.
It’s not off the table technically, but it’s a much bigger change than it sounds, so no promises or timeline.
In the meantime, try repositioning the strimer in Layouts, it changes which part of a wave/gradient effect it catches. You can also set it to Forced mode with a fixed color if you want it to stand apart from the rest.
Touche. i figured there might be a reason. It sure would be nice though. Wishful thinking I suppose. It is all good though Signal is still lightyears better than every other RGB software combined. Thanks for the response.
