Arctic P12 Max fans Specs: 4pin PWM - 400-3300 rpm Can’t go below 1000 rpm HWiNFO’s speed read out in manual control 7% 500rpm, 10% 647rpm , 15% 794rpm, 20% 1058rpm, 40% 1647 rpm, 80% 2647rpm where HWiNFO took a sec to read SignalRGB did not for 30 sec. and didn’t settle for 60 sec. calibration is too fast for the fan to rev up to 100% leaves Stall 80-90% Change start to 5% & stall to 3% the fan will do 20% 1058rpm & ioop about 25-65%
