# Msi x470 not being detected

I have upgraded BIOS and chipset drivers etc, as well as started in Admin and rebooted PC multiple times but cannot get my X470 to be detected so I can control the RGB strip on it, and the other strips I have plugged in via RGB header. No other installed software controls them or clashes.

If the onboard RGB controller on that motherboard is USB based it’d be easy to add.

Please post a screenshot of SignalRGB’s device information menu (which youi can reach, if SignalRGB is running, by [clicking on this link](https://srgbmods.net/s?p=debuginfo))
