I’m on SignalRGB 2.5.84 with MCP enabled (Settings → AI Integration). Claude Desktop shows as ‘not configured’ and ‘not installed’ because my Claude Desktop uses a non-standard config location (…\AppData\Local\Claude-Data\…). I can’t find SignalRgbMcp.exe in my install folder. What exact command and arguments should I put in claude\_desktop\_config.json to connect Claude Desktop to SignalRGB’s MCP server?

SignalRGB 2.5.84 no longer uses SignalRgbMcp.exe. Add this to your claude\_desktop\_config.json:

```json
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "SignalRGB": {
      "type": "http",
      "url": "http://localhost:16037/mcp"
    }
  }
}
```

If mcpServers already exists, add the SignalRGB entry without removing others. Make sure SignalRGB is running, then fully restart Claude Desktop. The status may still show as unconfigured due to your custom config path.
