LEDs not lightning up before Windows boot

Hi!

I have the MSI B850 Gaming Plus WiFi MB and an Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360 ARGB cooler.
When I first booted the system (before installing any software), the cooler’s LEDs lit up on power-on.

After installing SignalRGB, I noticed that the LEDs only turn on after Windows loads and the SignalRGB service starts.
During boot the LEDs remain off.

I want the LEDs to light up immediately at power-on, and once Windows starts, SignalRGB should take over and manage them.

Is this a BIOS Issue?

SRGB only can control the LEDs while the program is running. You’d need to setup a hardware effect, but then it would compete for control when SRGB runs.
