# Issues with Wooting Two HE

Hello, I’m having a problem with my keyboard: while it detects the keyboard via the RGB signal, it doesn’t control the lights on it at all. And yes, I ended Wootility.exe…

What should I do? Have you ever had this problem?

Triple check for any fw updates with the keeb potentially. It could also be something with the USB port.

If you click on Devices and then the keeb, you’ll see an icon in the upper right that opens the console. Does that show any errors?
