# Fan LEDs and RAM do not turn on when I start Windows after installing Nollie controller

When I turn on the PC, the fans LEDs and RAM do not turn on at the same time. The PC has to turn on, I have to type in the password and wait for SignalRGB to open (and this takes a long time), and then the RAM and the fans LEDs turn on, and when I turn off the PC, the fans LEDs and RAM turn off RIGHT AWAY.  
This did not happen before I installed the Nollie controller.

This is not because of the nollie controller. Signal only sets the RGB temporarily, there is no boot up rgb hardware saved settings signal can use.
