# Can't log in to SignalRGB (Stuck on "Waiting for Connection")

Apparently there’s some setting or permission, related to CloudFlare, that if incorrect can prevent users from logging in. From what I’ve heard, there’s not a way to easily reset it or change it.

The development team’s working on a resolution!
